Teen Pregnancy

While watching Andrea’s documentary, I found it very surprising that teen pregnancy for Hispanics is decreasing while for Americans it’s increasing. It’s kind of frustrated that people find it so easy to blame the parents and the girls for it and leaving the guy off the hook. At the end of the day it was both the girl and the guy’s mistake and both of them should be held responsible for it.
