Kieron's Documentary.

I Kieron's documentary was well put together and it got me invested because his topic was well researched. I agree with the fact that mass incarceration is not a solution that seems to have worked in the 80's to win the war on drugs. It might of made it worst for others. A lot of people tend to commit crimes again when they come out of prison. Prison may also not serve positive rehabilitation.
