Anxiety

A documentary that i really liked was Paula's. I really liked it because is raising awareness about a topic that we as teens know a lot about we all know about someone who suffers with anxiety and just like everything else some people will deal better with it than others but how much time do we really spend trying to help. I personally suffer from anxiety attacks and it's just something you learn to deal with as time goes by, it's hard but not impossible and as I walk in the school hallways I hear people saying that oh they have anxiety and stuff like that when it's really clear they are not that they are just  stressed out about something ordinary that every normal student would and they show it of as if it makes them seem cool or makes them more interesting but it's something that you can't really control, or that you show off around you can admit having it and owning up to it sometimes makes it easier but i don't think that u should say u have it and show it like it's a trophy if you don't because there are people out there who acctually need help but are to scared to come forward.
