Why Police Officers Justly Shoot Threatening People (video link)

A common belief to many liberals and anti-police activists is the belief that police officers should not use lethal force on somebody who is presenting themselves as a threat to the police officer. I have personally heard many arguments attesting to this belief..


"Yeah he was reaching in his car but he was unarmed!"
"The officer shouldn't have killed the many because he was trying to reach for his gun."

It is hard to solidify the fact and reasoning to many people of why police officers have to resort to this type of behavior and get off on charges of murder or manslaughter after the fact. So the video below is a short but shows a very rational reason (and also common sense) to why police officers shoot people who are threatening to their lives and are very often justified for doing so.
