In this case, I believe that Jordan Davis didn't deserve to get killed. There could have been a different way for the guy to have handle the situation. The guy that shot Jordan said that he saw a gun on the side of the door, but no gun was ever found. I think that he did deserve to go to jail for the rest of his life because he also attempted to kill the other 3 young men that were in the car. No one deserves to die the way Jordan Davis did.
