Michael Brown Witness Reliability
Now that we've seen a majority of the presentations throughout the Michael Brown Case we see the reliability and the credibility of each witness come into question overall several topics that have several witnesses that back each one. We see from the Monte Carlo, to whether or not Mike ran or charged the cop, to question as if his hands are up or not, to even wondering where Dorian is? All this evidence, and information are things that make determining this case very very difficult to figure out. I begin to understand why Officer Darren Wilson was not charged, because in a case like this they have to be 99% sure that he had intent to kill Mike Brown, which doesn't seem very clear when you listen to all the evidence that each witness has said because it differs even from people who could have been standing right next to each other! We see that the jury is put in a very hard situation because they understand that an entire community will feel offended and oppressed if they rule against their favor, however ultimately they come to the conclusion that their was simply not enough CONSISTENCY in the evidence and the witnesses testimonies that would allow them to convict officer Darren Wilson.
